Gympie DMR & D-Star HotSpot = VK4GYM-C
It operates on 145.150 MHz simplex, (DMR TS2).

DMR Static Talk Group 505 is set, a connection will need to be "keyed up" for others.
By default the D-Star is connected to REF023.

Please be aware that if you are using the system and it becomes active on the "other mode", it may appear to have stopped but this is probably not the case. You can check our HotSpot Dashboard for status and your signal report etc.

The system uses the same antenna as the 70cm repeater and is located at the Clubhouse in Gympie. TX power is 12W.

Additional D-Star Notes:

DTMF connection command syntax is a leading:
* for REF reflectors
A for XLX reflectors
B for XRF reflectors
D for DCS reflectors

Common DTMF commands:

0 = Status
# = Disconnect
** = Reconnect to default connection ( currently REF023C )

If you use a D-Star reflector, please clear the connection after use.
